Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC

 

Originating from a predominantly sandy terroir on the northern outer edge of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, the vineyard is at full maturity with an average age of 25 years.

The blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah is entirely destemmed, then transported by gravity to preserve the integrity of the grapes.

A 3-week maceration in concrete vats allows for a gentle and progressive extraction of aromas and tannins, respecting the fruit.

Aged for 12 months in concrete tanks, this wine retains all its freshness and natural brilliance.
